Join me for an incredible day-long workshop based on the groundbreaking work of Dr. Brené Brown. This workshop will introduce you to the ways in which vulnerability, authenticity, and imperfection can allow you to live a more wholehearted and connected life. We will cover a variety of content based on Brené's work, and engage in a number of activities to provide you with skills to live and love more fully. In addition to me presenting content, we will view a number of exclusive videos featuring Brené teaching her work on shame, vulnerability, and authenticity. Together, we will practice courage, vulnerability, compassion, and shame-resilience to guide us to connection and wholehearted living.
There is ample, free parking at the venue. Lunch is included in your registration costs and will be provided by Rutabagas Comfort Food.
